Volunteers @ Karumah!

Karumah relies on our dedicated volunteers who do much of the work to provide our services.

We are currently seeking qualified massage therapists and other alternative health practitioners who would be willing to donate two hours per week of their time and skills to enhance the health of people living with HIV/AIDS. We are seeking volunteers to run:

• Tai Chi class
• Gentle exercise class.
• Meditation / Relaxation class.

We need volunteers who are prepared to give a little of their time to help with providing these services. Volunteers are required to attend a five week (2 hours per week) orientation course which provides some HIV/AIDS education, some training in communication and listening skills as well as a general orientation to Karumah and the specific tasks you will be doing.
